At Rojeh Store, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Due to the nature of seasonal décor, some items may not be eligible for return, especially fragile items or items purchased during clearance or end-of-season sales.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital vouchers (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

To complete your return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days (processing times may vary by payment provider).

Late or missing refunds

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@rojehstore.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of your return once the item is received and approved. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@rojehstore.com before sending any items back. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, especially for fragile items.
